PATIENT REFERENCE GROUP
Would you like to have your say about the services provided at Queens Road Partnership?
We are encouraging patients to give their views about how the practice is doing. We would like to be able to find out the opinions of as many patients as possible and are asking if people would like to provide their email addresses so we can contact you by email every now and again to ask you a question or two.
Our group is open to all spectrums of our demographic profile. All age and racial backgrounds are welcome.
The next meeting will be at our practice, 387 Queen’s Road on the 14th December between 1.30pm to 2.30pm (Mince pie’s and coffee’s provided!!!)
If you would like to attend and/or join our group. Please leave your details (Name and Email address) via patient.group@gp-g85015.nhs.uk or by calling\visiting the practice during non peak hours (11am to 12pm and 5pm to 6pm) and leaving your details with reception.
